    It's actually a chocolate angel pie, which means it's chocolate custard in a meringue shell, topped with whipped cream. All the white and pink stuff on top is whipped cream, stabilized with a tiny bit of gelatin so I could pipe it because I thought that would be prettier than just spreading it on top.
